Yard size is only the starting point. Reliable performance also depends on grade, ground condition, navigation, access, power, hazards and local product support.

What we evaluate

Mowing area

How much lawn remains after structures, pavement, beds, water and other exclusions are removed, and how much operating headroom is needed?

Grade and ground

What is the steepest real route, and how do wet, soft, rutted or uneven areas change traction and safety?

Navigation and connectivity

Can the complete navigation system work around canopy, buildings and dead zones?

Routes and passages

Can every zone be reached through gates, narrow passages and crossings without unsafe interactions?

Power and charging

Is there a suitable charging location with the required power, drainage, clearance and communication conditions?

Safety and support

Can hazards be excluded dependably, and is there an accountable seller, installer, warranty and service path?

How confidence is built

  1. Current property conditions establish what the mower must navigate today.
  2. Direct measurements confirm critical grades, clearances, passages and station locations.
  3. Current manufacturer requirements define the limits of the complete mower system.
  4. A documented installation plan connects the selected system with placement, routes, safety zones, testing and support.

When an on-site review is needed

  • A material slope, passage, signal or safety question cannot be resolved remotely.
  • The only route passes too close to water, a drop, a public space or another hazard.
  • Charging placement, drainage, power or communication conditions are uncertain.
  • The yard has changed since the original review.
