Yard Method asks for only the information needed to understand local demand and respond to an availability request.
What we collect
The availability form collects your email address, ZIP code, customer type, service interest, general property-size range and timing. It may also record broad referral information, such as the site that sent you here or campaign labels in the page link.
The form does not request a street address, yard photos, payment details or sensitive personal information.
How we use it
- Respond to your request and share relevant local availability.
- Prioritize service areas and dealer relationships.
- Understand which services and property types have genuine demand.
- Protect the request form from duplicate or automated submissions.
Sharing and retention
Yard Method does not sell the information submitted through this form. Service providers may process it to host the site and store requests. A request will not be passed to a dealer or installer without first making that next step clear to you.
Information is kept only as long as it is useful for responding to the request, evaluating local demand or meeting applicable legal obligations.
Your choices
You may opt out or request deletion by replying to any Yard Method email you receive. Submitting an availability request does not create a purchase, appointment or service agreement.
